Starbucks Has a New Teacher-Inspired Tumbler, Complete With a No. 2 Pencil Straw

Who hits up Starbucks the most? That’s a tough one to name, because who doesn’t love a coffee or Frappuccino? However, between grading papers and solidifying lesson plans, we’d say teachers are high on the list for most visits. It only makes sense that there is a cold cup that is inspired the hard-working educators.

People have been all over Instagram to show off the school-themed tumbler. The cup itself has lines on it to look like notebook paper. It’s complete with a dark blue lid and a straw that looks like a no. 2 pencil. It’s mostly yellow, and has the ferrule and eraser detailing.

Each teacher tumbler holds 24 ounces, a Venti size for cold drinks. So teachers (and everyone else) can fill it with plenty of caffeine. It’s been spotted in many Starbucks stores inside of Targets, so you might want to make that your first stop when you’re trying to hunt it down.

In addition the tumbler, it appears that Starbucks has a whole line of school-ready merchandise. Instagram account @starbucks_tumblers_cali has found apple-covered mugs and a travel hot cup with apple designs. Teachers, your time is now!

In no way, shape, or form are we saying that you should bribe your teacher — we’re just saying that if the tumbler just so happened to land on top of their desk, you’re guaranteed to get an A+.
