Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Show Low-Key PDA At 'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Premiere
Sophie Turner brought her fiancé Joe Jonas to tonight's Game of Thrones season 8 premiere in New York City, and the the newly-engaged couple snuck some classy, low-key PDA into their red carpet appearance, for which they wore impeccably coordinated monochrome outfits.
The couple had been dating for just over a year when Turner announced their engagement in November of 2017, when she was just 21. "I was fully preparing myself to be single for the rest of my life," she told Rolling Stone in a recent interview. "I think once you’ve found the right person, you just know."
Jonas revealed on The Late Late Show last month that the wedding is planned for this summer. "We’re going to get married this year,” he told James Corden on the show. “We’re going to have a summer wedding, which I’m looking forward to. It’s going to be a lot of fun.” Rumor has it that the nuptials will be in France, although that's unconfirmed. One key detail that is confirmed, though: Maisie Williams is going to be a bridesmaid.
Turner recently set the record straight following rumors that she had revealed the show's tightly-guarded ending to Jonas. "He was on set for most of it, so he kind of figured it out, and then he had to sign an NDA," Turner explained during an interview on Good Morning America. "He had to have full photo approval on set, his camera was covered up, everything."
