The Smokin' Jokers BBQ, Redneck Hibachi square off in our summer food truck bracket
And then there were two.
The final week of our summer food truck bracket is upon us, and will pit two food trucks against each other in a final showdown.
Over the past month, we asked our readers to nominate their favorite food trucks and vote on them in a March Madness-style bracket, similar to how we conducted our pizza bracket earlier this year.
Of course, with the large swathe of culinary experiences food trucks can bring, this bracket is more for fun than clout. But with votes as contested as they have been each week, the bragging rights are nice, too.

Just under 19,000 votes have been cast throughout the bracket, leading up to what many might consider two unlikely contenders battling it out in the last week: The Smokin' Jokers BBQ and Redneck Hibachi.
The Smokin' Jokers BBQ beat the likes of Cèjo Food Truck, 850 Barbecue and Deep Blue Seafood Truck. Meanwhile, Redneck Hibachi took on Flour-ish Comfort Food Truck, Birrieria Spot and Brown Bagger Food Truck.
You can cast your vote for the winner until 11 p.m. Sunday. The summer food truck bracket winners will be announced on Tuesday.
