At 12:05 a.m.: The moon is conjunct Chiron
Just after midnight, the moon and Chiron align in Aries, stimulating anxieties. Many of us will be asleep at this hour, and we may find ourselves battling a foe representative of past pain in our dreams. Sleeping states are an excellent time to confront old wounds in the interest of transmutation. Because enemies are granted a physical image, we become conscious of the costume this invisible adversary wears in our everyday life. Is this wound larger or more extensive than we were aware of? Have we granted it undue power over our psyche?

At 4:56 a.m.: The moon is square Venus
In the morning, the Aries moon squares off with Venus in Capricorn, making us restless in matters of the heart. Something is not moving at the speed with which we would like. We would appreciate some validation for our efforts or an acknowledgment of our desires, yet rushing matters is not a good idea now. Allow reactive feelings to move through you and simply recognize them for what they are. Permit yourself to feel what is coming up without holding onto the grudge. Investing our energy in a passion project rather than expecting to get our needs met by someone else will be the most empowering solution for the time being.
