'Sister Wives' Star Christine Brown Shares Major Life News Following Kody Brown Split
Christine Brown and David Woolley have been dating for four months.
Christine Brown is giving marriage another go.
On April 13, the Sister Wives star took to Instagram to announce her engagement to boyfriend David Woolley. Alongside a photo, in which Christine beamed with a ring on that finger, the TLC personality wrote, "We’re engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I’m so excited and just live in bliss every day!"
She went on to suggest that this was the start of a new chapter, as she tagged the post: "#engaged #newworld #soulmates #loveofmylife."
Janelle Brown, Christine's fellow Sister Wives star, was quick to send her well wishes, writing in the comments, "Hurray!!!"
TLC offered up their own congratulations, noting on Instagram, "The most exciting news! ??#SisterWives’ Christine Brown is engaged to beau David Woolley. Congratulations to the happy couple."
Christine and David first announced their relationship on Valentine's Day, but actually started their romance back in December 2021.
Christine's previous relationship—her polygamous marriage to co-star Kody Brown—played out on TLC's Sister Wives. The pair, who were spiritually married for 25 years and shared six children together, broke up in late 2021.
Sister Wives cameras captured the drama for season 17 of the popular program.
Christine isn't the only Sister Wife to leave the polygamous relationship, however, as Janelle and Meri Brown have also split from Kody.
Kody is still married to his fourth wife Robyn, who he spiritually wed in 2010 and legally wed in 2014.
It's believed that David will be joining Christine for the next season of Sister Wives.
