'Shrinking' Season 2 Is Coming! Everything We Know So Far
Good news for fans of feel-good shows: "Shrinking" is renewed for a second season.
Jason Segel's "psychological vigilante" will be returning for a second season! Apple TV+ renewed the critically acclaimed series Shrinking prior to the Season 1 finale.
The comedy, co-created by Segel, Bill Lawrence and Ted Lasso fan-favorite Brett Goldstein, follows a grieving, rule-breaking therapist named Jimmy. "We wanted it to feel like life, sloppy and messy and funny and sad and confusing," Segel told Parade ahead of the Season 1 premiere.
In a press release announcing the show's renewal on March 9, Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV+, said: “We have loved the engaging, touching and hilarious world of ‘Shrinking’ since the beginning, and it has been wonderful to watch as audiences around the world continue to connect with these big-hearted characters."
Cherniss added, "We can’t wait for viewers to experience what the cast and creative team have for season two.”

Is there a trailer for Shrinking Season 2?
A trailer hasn't been released, but the Season 1 finale is scheduled to drop on March 24.
When will Season 2 of Shrinking come out?
A premiere date has not yet been announced. Until then, fans can tune into Season 1, which premiered in Jan. 2023.

In addition to Segel, the cast includes Hollywood icon Harrison Ford. "He's so funny. We knew that. We instinctively knew how funny he was," co-creator Goldstein previously said of Ford in an exclusive interview with Parade. "He's really generous and lovely. And the fact that he's in this ensemble show as part of the ensemble and how he kind of disappears into the part, it's amazing."
