Whitecaps back in action at LMCU Ballpark
The West Michigan Whitecaps are back in town this weekend for six straight games against the Lake County Captains.
The series wraps up on Sunday, which means you will have plenty of opportunities to head out to LMCU Ballpark for a game.

The 38th annual LowellArts West Michigan Art Competition wraps up this Saturday.
Artists from across West Michigan presented their works for judgment last month in hopes of walking away with one of the grand prizes.

Eat, Drink, Give event in Kalamazoo
It’s the return of the 16th annual Eat, Drink Give event at Gryphon Place in Kalamazoo.
The yearly fundraising event takes place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan Kalamazoo Regional Program and Training Center.

Bring an end to Earth Week in style this year with a fun and educational challenge.
The West Michigan City Nature Challenge goes from Friday to Monday and asks residents in counties across the area to document animals and plants they see in nature and document them for others to see.

The Tree Amigos in Wyoming want to invite everyone to their Arbor Day event this Friday.

Hometown BRC Half Marathon
Looking for some extra running motivation this weekend? Then check out the Hometown BRC Half Marathon.
It all kicks off Sunday morning at 7 a.m. on the White Pine Trail in Rockford and you will be able to either run the half marathon, a 10K, a 5K or a 1-mile Kid’s Dash.

Mary Free Bed Limb Loss Awareness 5K
Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and the city of Kentwood have teamed up to host the sixth annual Limb Loss Awareness 5K this Saturday.
The race will take place at Veteran’s Memorial Park and is designed for those with prosthetics or limb loss can show off their skills and also provide education to those in attendance.
