Sheboygan's 3 Sheeps marks 12 years with anniversary party, new stout releases
SHEBOYGAN – 3 Sheeps Brewing Company will celebrate 12 years with a party, new music stage and brewery releases.
The brewery opened in a space on Huron Avenue in 2012 before moving to the former Coca-Cola plant in 2017.
3 Sheeps is outfitted with a taproom and brewing facility at 1837 North Ave., which has now more than doubled production capacity.
"Even after all these years, our goal remains the same: to craft beers that are perfect for any occasion,” Grant Pauly, founder and brewmaster of 3 Sheeps Brewing Co., said in a news release. “We celebrate another year of getting to brew delicious craft beer and looking forward to great things to come at 3 Sheeps Brewing."
Counting down to the anniversary event, Pauly is sharing brewing memories, lessons and more in “12 Stories with Grant.” So far, he’s talked about collaborating with Collectivo Coffee, the worst brewed beer and the initial idea not to make lagers.
The series can be watched on Facebook and Instagram.
