For the second time as a ~blonde bombshell~, Selena Gomez served up red carpet slayage for Billboard's Women in Music event in a Sandra Dee-esq ensemble with a sexy reverse sweetheart neckline.
Instead of walking the carpet with newly reinstated bae, Justin Bieber, the "Wolves" singer brought Francia Raisa as her date, the friend who gave her a kidney. Francia wore a stunning metallic accordion dress with silver pumps.
On stage, Sel got majorly choked up accepting her Woman of the Year award from Fancia, saying, "I think Francia should be getting this award."
