Kylie Jenner bought her first "starter" home in 2015, when she was only 17 years old. It was a $2.7 million dollar, 4,851-square-foot home that she sold in 2017 for $3.15 million. The makeup mogul has moved on to bigger properties since then, but the first place she called home after moving out of the Kardashian family home is once again on the market.
The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is listed for $3,599,000, which is higher than it sold for three years ago and much higher than what Jenner paid for it five years ago. By August 2016, Jenner had purchased her third California property, a 5,000 square foot, 4-bedroom, 4-bath next door to the other Hidden Hills home she bought in May of that year.
In April of this year, Jenner bought a $36.5 million-dollar compound in Holmby Hills. The main house is 15,000 sq. ft. and features all kind of fancy amenities, including multiple wet bars and game rooms, a gym, a giant home theater plus an outdoor projection screen. There are two guest houses with private entrances, so there's plenty of room for Jenner, her daughter, Stormi, and her BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou, to spend their quarantine.
With those other properties in mind, Jenner's starter home seems quite modest in comparison to the compound she now owns. But just looking at these photos proves that there is nothing "starter" about that gorgeous home, and it could definitely be someone's place forever.
