See Candace Cameron Bure 'Boss Around' Brother Kirk in Throwback Pic
Candace Cameron Bure clearly likes being in the director's chair.
The Fuller House star got to relish in the feeling of being the director on set—and to make it even better, her brother was one of the actors she was in charge of.
On August 18, Cameron Bure, 47, shared a throwback snap from her time on the Fuller House set with brother Kirk Cameron, as well as her Full House co-star, Andrea Barber, as they filmed the episode "Five Dates with Kimmy Gibbler."
(The episode debuted in 2019, well before the SAG-AFTRA strike.)
While Cameron, 52, and Barber, 47, appeared to be acting in a restaurant scene, Cameron Bure proudly stood next to them wearing a not-so-subtle t-shirt that featured the word "director" written out in jewels across her chest.
The actress and podcast host shared the same photo several times in within her Instagram post on Friday, making a point to zoom closer in on the t-shirt in each shot—as if her powerful position wasn't already made clear by the rhinestone text on her top.
"That time you got to boss around your older brother ?" she captioned the priceless pic, before correcting herself, "did I say boss? I meant direct ?? @kirkcameronofficial."
"Boss, Direct… what’s the difference????" one of her followers wrote in the comments, adding, "LOVE you both!! ????."
"???????????????????? Boss is correct ??????," added actress Jen Lilley.
"At least you both don’t have any serious growing pains. ???? You got a full house full of siblings who love each other," another fan wrote, cleverly referencing Cameron's work on Growing Pains and both Cameron Bure and Barber's time on Full House. "Great post!!! ??."
"How cool is it that you got to direct Kirk!! This was great episode!!" another person gushed.
