Savannah Chrisley Shares Poignant Tribute For Late Ex One Month After His Death
Savannah Chrisley and Nic Kerdiles
Savannah Chrisley is still doing her best to keep the memory of ex Nic Kerdiles alive.
It's been one month since Chrisley's ex-fiancé tragically died on Sept. 23 as the result of a fatal motorcycle accident. The former NFL player was only 29 years old.
The Chrisley Knows Best star has already spoken about the shocking nature of Kerdiles' death, and now she is making a point to remember him on the one-month anniversary of his passing.
"Can’t believe it’s been exactly 1 month since we lost you," she wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday, Oct. 23, alongside a candid shot of her ex smiling after a meal.
She went on to share a photo of Kerdiles posing with her niece, Chloe Chrisley, along with the caption, "Today we bought ham and cheese croissants and Chloe goes: 'I only like these because Nic would always order these.'"
"I know you're looking down laughing right about now," the reality personality wrote to Kerdiles in another Instagram Story, featuring an old clip of Chrisley and the hockey player joking around together while doing laundry.
"We all miss you," she added in the text, along with the hashtag, "#IfICouldGOToHeavenForaDay."
Chrisley also has a plethora of photos and videos from her time with Kerdiles featured on her Instagram page, including a montage she posted just one day after he passed away.
"We had some really great, bright moments, and we had some really hard ones, but the part of our relationship I will hold on to will always be the moments in the middle," she captioned her post at the time. "It will be the day to day life we got to share for 5 incredible years."
Chrisley and Kerdiles got engaged in early 2019 and ultimately decided to call things off in 2020. But despite their romantic split, the pair always remained close.
Vowing to keep all of their good memories alive, Chrisley insisted in her Sept. 24 post that, "Just because some things don’t work out, or don’t last forever, doesn’t make them less special or less meaningful."
