Sarah Hyland and her fiancé, Wells Adams, celebrated their postponed wedding date.
Sarah and Wells were in good spirits as they made light of what would've been their wedding day.
The only thing better than one wedding is two weddings. Sarah Hyland and fiancé Wells Adams celebrated their postponed wedding date on Saturday, August 8. 2020. They had to delay their special day due to the coronavirus pandemic, but that didn't stop them from having a great time.
Sarah wore a white dress, hat, sunglasses, and a veil. While Wells donned khakis and a white button down. The couple looked chic as they posed together in a series of photos. "A couple, a pandemic, & a postponed wedding: A series," Sarah captioned the photos. "We were supposed to get married today. Instead... we took pictures and drank wine. I love you to Pluto & back."
In an Instagram Story, Sarah also reminded her seven million followers to wear a mask since we're all still fighting the virus. Wells posted his own pic with Sarah, where he's lovingly feeling her up. "We were supposed to get married today. We didn’t. But I still got to grab a butt," he joked. "So, ya know, still pretttty cool." That's the spirit, Wells!
He popped the question in July 2019 after they had been dating for almost two years. Sarah later told Cosmo in a cover story that they started flirting via DM, then they began sending text messages and voice memos, calling and FaceTiming each other, and finally they met IRL and went on their first date.
When it was time for Wells to get down on one knee, he went above and beyond to get her parents' blessing first. " When my fiancé proposed, he asked my mom and dad for their blessing," Sarah said on Modern Family's farewell special. "Then he also hunted down Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell [her parents on Modern Family] for their blessing."
Aww, Wells really is going to make the best husband.
