The Saga Continues: JoJo Siwa's Mom Jessalynn Takes a Dig at Candace Cameron Bure
JoJo Siwa's mom seemingly dissed Candace Cameron Bure in a new Instagram post about "real, genuine kindness."
After years of defending her daughter JoJo Siwa during their time on Dance Moms, Jessalynn Siwa's mama bear skills appear to remain intact.
The 47-year-old mom stepped in to defend JoJo amid ongoing drama with Candace Cameron Bure, 46, who JoJo dubbed the "rudest" celebrity she's ever met after the Fuller House actress refused to take a picture with her when she was 11 years old.
Although the now-19-year-old has since patched things up with Cameron Bure, who already issued a public apology for the snub, Jessalynn seems to want the last word.
In an Instagram post on Monday, August 1, Jessalynn shared an old clip from her podcast, revealing that she was the first to publicly talk about Cameron Bure and the photo fiasco.
"I talked about this on my podcast a while back," she wrote in the caption. "The recent story told wasn't quite right so here is the real version."
In the clip from her podcast, Success with Jess, Jessalynn claimed Cameron Bure told JoJo, "Not now, maybe later," after she asked for a photo, but allegedly went on to take pictures with other kids.
"She just couldn't be bothered," Jessalynn explained. "Maybe she was having an emergency and her kid was crying and she was trying to get ahold of the babysitter. I do not know what was going on but it's funny when you don't know and somebody treats you like that... and it's hard to be a celebrity, I'll give it to you, but that was so long ago and I still remember it!"

Jessalynn continued to reflect on the interaction in her caption on Monday's post, writing, "At the end of the day this story, it's not about a simple photo it's about how you treat people. Real, genuine kindness always goes a long way."
She then made an apparent dig at Cameron Bure, who shared a quote from the Bible after the feud erupted. "It's super easy to quote a Bible verse when everyone is looking at you but morals are what you have when no one is looking. ??"
Cameron Bure's daughter also recently got involved in the conversation. Hopefully, this controversy can finally be laid to rest.
