Sabrina Ionescu’s Gold Nike Sneakers From the ‘So Win’ Campaign Are Coming Out Soon
Sabrina Ionescu’s gold sneakers from Nike’s “So Win” campaign that debuted during the Super Bowl are going to release soon — and they’re also some of her most personal yet.
The Nike Sabrina 2 “Stronger Than Gold” commemorates a Romanian bracelet the WNBA superstar received from her mother. Jewelry patterns are cut into the gold-tone lace dubrae, and metallic gold branding is met with complementary colors throughout the sneaker.

Ionescu first wore the gilded version of her signature sneaker during the 2024 WNBA Finals, which capped off a dominant year for the 27-year-old guard. Prior to winning her first WNBA title, she helped Team USA to win a gold medal in women’s basketball at the Paris Olympics.
Both made as unisex basketball sneakers, the Sabrina 1 and Sabrina 2 have proven quite popular in the sport. A report in December from Nick DePaula indicated the the latest in Ionescu’s signature line has been the second most worn sneaker in the NBA up to that point in the season, behind only the Nike Kobe 6. And at the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, two players chose to wear the Sabrina 2.
In a campaign image in which she’s wearing the sneakers, a quote from Ionescu reads: “Women’s sport isn’t the future, it’s right now. We’re seeing it in packed arenas, in TV ratings, in the way people are showing up for the game like never before. Commanding attention isn’t about being the loudest in the room. It’s about making sure that when you step up, everyone takes notice.”
The Nike Sabrina 2 “Stronger Than Gold” will release March 6 through Nike’s website and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $130.
