Remy Metailler Flies Down A Rock Climbing Route
Remy Metailler is no stranger to riding some of the gnarliest terrain on the planet. The Squamish resident coincidentally lives in a pretty good place for finding a lot of that level of riding.
Squamish is famous for its massive rock slabs popular in both climbing and mountain biking. Sometimes the same rock slabs are even popular for both simultaneously. Remy found one of those spots and decided to make us all shudder with a stunning POV clip of it.
Take a look at the clip below.
Remy dove into some detail about how rowdy this clip was to shoot, he said this via Instagram:
"This felt like a video game.
I captured this clip last year and never posted it.
Jumping into the slab while facing the cliff was insanely gnarly, but with the view and the light it was absolutely unreal.
Moments like this are pretty unforgettable.
Stoked I also got a drone clip of this.
Highly recommend to not doing it though."
He leaves some sage wisdom here, although this spot is popular don't go out trying to replicate what he did. This is a very rowdy and incredibly consequential feature, so maybe just live vicariously through the pros on this one.
