There are several descriptors that are associated with Reese Witherspoonā€™s name and brand. Among them are ā€œAcademy award-winner,ā€ ā€œactivist,ā€ ā€œdirectorā€ and, most recently, ā€œbook club curator.ā€

Thatā€™s right ā€” the beloved Hollywood icon has created a platform called Hello Sunshine where she shares her favorite reading picks as a part of what she adoringly calls Reeseā€™s Book Club. The site further describes this as ā€œa community propelled by meaningful connections with stories, authors and fellow members.ā€ Reese picks one book she loves each month ā€œwith a woman at the center of the story.ā€

For September 2020, the ā€œLittle Fires Everywhereā€ star revealed that Nancy Jooyoun Kimā€™s novel ā€œThe Last Story of Mina Leeā€ is one of her favorites and explained in detail why sheā€™s been so enamored with the book.

In the spirit of feel-good reading, Reese explained on Hello Sunshine that her September book club pick explores the themes of ā€œidentity, family secrets and the search for belonging.ā€

ā€œThis mystery-thriller interweaves between the past and present through the lens of a mother and daughter duo surrounding a suspicious death and undiscovered truths,ā€ she continued.

While Reese has said the book is worth the read, one of the best parts when looking to buy the book is the fact that it's more affordable to read through Amazon's Kindle Unlimited service.

With Kindle Unlimited, users gain access to millions of titles that are drastically cheaper than their corresponding print editions. For instance, with Kindle, ā€œThe Last Story of Mina Leeā€ retails for only $14.99 ā€” thatā€™s 46 percent less than its listed print price.

One of the most common ways to use Kindle Unlimited is via an Amazon Kindle device (like the one pictured above) or any other E-reader-enabled device like an iPad, a smartphone or even a computer.

Through this method, users can access millions of titles on one thin, portable medium and, in turn, save the planet as no paper is being used excessively (or at all).

Whatā€™s even better is that with the purchase of any Kindle device, shoppers have the option to get three months of free Kindle Unlimited ā€” thatā€™s automatic access to millions of titles at no additional cost for three whole months.

Those who prefer to explore the service without purchasing a new device can do so by independently subscribing to Kindle Unlimited. Through this method, new subscribers will get 30 days of free access. But, just be aware that the service will automatically renew after the trial ends for $9.99 per month. However, the subscription can be canceled at any time with no risk of being charged.
