Red Vines Has An Insane 50-Foot Super Rope
Unless you're trying to lose some friends, there's a few food rivalries you should never bring up in social conversation. Cheez-it vs. Cheese Nips, Coke vs. Pepsi, Cheese Puffs vs. Crunchy Cheetos are among the many. These feuds are soooo real. Another dicey debate is Twizzlers vs. Red Vines. But before you pick your side there, you should know Red Vines created a 50 foot long Super Rope and our minds are completely blown. Even die-hard Twizzler fans can appreciate how much freaking licorice that is.
This thing is long. Long enough to stretch across the office and share with a co-worker without things getting too Lady And The Tramp-like. It'd probably even be long enough to hang out the window of a skyscraper, too, and you know, snack from street-level. Yup, we have weird imaginations.
The California-based candy company created only 10 of the insane ropes, so sadly they're not for public sale, but we managed to get our hands on one and tested it out for all you licorice junkies.
Aside from the fact that Red Vines made the longest rope of candy we've ever laid eyes on, the licorice twists are also a Hollywoods favorite. If you can recall, Jimmy Kimmel actually made it rain candy during the 2017 Oscars with ... you guessed it.
The candy made an appearance in Wayne's World, too.
Round of applause to you, Red Vines.
