Joining forces with their sister kitchen POI Market, Walrus & Captain is now offering delicious Ramen bowls and fresh sushi. For Ramen you can get Yolko Ono with chicken broth, pan seared chicken, marinated egg, enoki, mixed veg, and radishes ($22); Phish Bowl with a seafood broth, shrimp, baby corn, kimchi, marinated egg, and bean sprouts ($20); Angus Khan with a beef broth, seared beef, fried egg, radishes, jalapeno, crunchy onions, and broccoli ($24); or Plant McCartney with a veggie broth, enoki, broccoli, mixed veg, radishes, jalapenos, bean sprouts, and kimchi ($18). Swiftie party for all ages
Swifties get ready for a dreamy Taylor Swift-themed bunch and dance party at the Rosebrook Event Center. The lyrics will be bursting at the TSwift Brunch at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, July 14 at 50 Rosebrook Place, Wareham. It will feature dishes like "Scrambled EGG-Game," "Breakfast Po"TAY"toes," and "Dancing with our HAMs tied." Tickets are $27.50 for adults; $20 for children 5 to 12; and $5.25 for 4 and under. Ellas mobile oven heads over to Cast Seaside Bites & Bar on July 15 and July 29 for pizza on the patio with cocktails. This week there are some mouthwatering specials at The Vault, 791 Purchase Street, New Bedford. Choose from Chicken Pesto Alfredo with grilled chicken, cavatappi pasta, pesto, garlic parmesan alfredo sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes; the Mushroom Swiss Burger with an 8oz Angus beef patty, swiss, mushrooms, and garlic aioli; or Loaded Cajun Tots with cajun seasoning, beer cheese, pickled onions, bacon, and jalapenos.
