PUMA Continues to Help Support Nipsey Hussle's Family

Before Nipsey Hussle's life was tragically cut short in March 2019, there was a palpable sense of momentum behind the Los Angeles rapper. Music awards, real estate deals, and sneaker contracts were just the beginning of Nipsey Hussle's rapidly growing empire.

While Nipsey Hussle's story had an untimely end, his mission has been adopted by athletes and entertainers alike - the marathon continues. Just weeks before his murder, PUMA announced a new footwear contract with Nipsey Hussle.

While the sneaker community was never able to enjoy the full potential of the partnership, PUMA remains committed to honoring its end of the bargain. During a recent interview on the “Earn Your Leisure” podcast, Nipsey Hussle's brother and business partner, Blacc Sam, provided insight into the business relationship.

PUMA makes annual deposits into Nipsey Hussle's widow Lauren London and their children Emani and Kross Asghedom's trust funds which are separate from the business partnership.

It has been over four years since the world lost Nipsey Hussle, and his absence is still felt by people locally and globally. PUMA is one of the many parties making sure the marathon continues.
