Romantic gestures from your better half are sure to be welcomed any day of the year. But there’s something about being showered with a little extra love and affection on Valentine’s Day that never gets old. This year, go all out for your honey by scheduling a romantic dinner for two at one of the country's most popular (and in some cases, very affordable!) restaurants offering Valentine's Day specials and deals.
There’s no need to make reservations months in advance either! If you're looking to throw on your best date-night outfits and enjoy a meal of steak and lobster with romantic ambiance, we're willing to bet you can easily book at table at Black Angus Steakhouse. Or, if you're in the mood for heart-shaped pizza, you can pick up a pie from California Pizza Kitchen. Running around all day because you have some exciting V-Day activities planned? Simply pick up a few BOGO Chocolate Frostys from Auntie Anne's.
Of course, simply spending some quality time with your significant other on the sweetest day of the year will be delightful V-Day gift in and of itself. So whether you opt for a romantic meal at a fancy eatery or you opt to order in from a local restaurant, the most important thing is the love you have for each other.
Applebee's
Last Valentine's Day, Applebee's offered $6 Smoocho Mucho Sips. Couples could pick between the Tipsy Cupid, which was made with vodka and garnished with red gummy lips, or the frozen Date Night Daiquiri made with Bacardi Superior. We bet this year's deals will be just as sweet!
Olive Garden
Head to your nearest Olive Garden on Valentine's Day — or any other day of the year — for $6 ready-to-prepare entrées, $20 wine bottles and a wide selection of family-style meals that feed up to 12 people.
Bob Evans
Regardless of how you're planning to spend Valentine's Day, the restaurant chain has food options for you. In previous years, customers could have breakfast delivered straight to their door, send a "Homestyle Hug" with all the fixings to someone far away or pick up a few cinna-biscuits to end the night. If you signed up for the app, you could score a free Dinner Bell Plate, too!
Auntie Anne's
Details for the chain's 2024 promotions have not yet been released, but in previous years Pretzel Perk loyalty members were able to capitalize on a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) Chocolate Frost deal if they place orders in-store or on the mobile app.
Bonefish Grill
In the mood for seafood? Bonefish Grill will serve up a 7-ounce wood-grilled filet mignon topped with roasted shrimp and scallops coated in rich velvety cream sauce and served on a bed of grilled asparagus, as well as a lightly seasoned Alaskan sablefish adorned with jumbo lump crab and creamy spinach. And don't forget to toast to your relationship with an Enchanted Rose Martini, a color-changing vodka-based cocktail made with St. Germain liqueur, lemon and simple syrup served over a butterfly pea-flower ice cube.
California Pizza Kitchen
Fans of CPK will be able to indulge in heart-shaped pizzas from February 9 to the 14. Leading up to Valentine's Day, couples can also take their pick of two three-course meal packages, which come with one appetizer, two entrées (your choice of pizza, salad or pasta) and two desserts. Though prices will vary depending on the location.
Cracker Barrel
As a reward for simply for dining out with your sweetheart on Valentine's Day, Cracker Barrel has offered up a free dessert to diners in past years. Last year, the restaurant gave a choice of free Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake or a Biscuit Beignet with the purchase of two entrees.
Carrabba's Italian Grill
This February, Carrabba's will offer a four-course dinner for two, which can be kicked off with a celebratory champagne toast. Couples are invited to share a starter and dessert, but each person can pick from an assortment of soups, salads and mains (which include pasta, steak and seafood).
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Your local Fleming's may be the perfect place to enjoy a three-course dinner this Valentine's Day. Last year, from February 11 through February 14, customers were able to pick between the Prime Surf and Turf for two ($230) or a three-course filet mignon meal (starting at $85).
Melting Pot
Wow your sweetheart with a fondue dinner — cheese first, then chocolate. You've got tons of options: Celebrate on Thursdays throughout the month with Thursdate, a four-course meal starting at $52 per person; round up your gal pals and celebrate Galentine's Day with the Best Fondue Friends Forever (BFFF) menu; or enjoy a cozy nigh in with select locations' Melting Pot To-Go menu on Valentine's Day.
Morton's
Choose anything from Morton's full selection or go with the prix-fixe menu to score a great deal ($179 for two) February 10 through February 19. The three-course meal starts off with a soup or salad, followed by Chateaubriand for two and a delicious dessert selection, including Morton's own hot chocolate cake.
Outback Steakhouse
You can enjoy a four-course Valentine's meal for two at Outback February 9 through 14. Each meal comes with shrimp on the barbie, a salad, your choice of two entrees and a New York-style cheesecake.
Ruth's Chris Steak House
Some things are better shared, like the Tenderloin for Two at Ruth's Chris Steak House. Last year, the restaurant offered three starters and two sides, along with the 22 oz. roasted tenderloin and a decadent dessert for two. You should be able to take advantage of this special once again from February 11 through 20, whether at your local restaurant or in the comfort of your home via takeout.
Seasons 52 Fresh Grill & Wine Bar
Place your order now to pick up your multi-course dinner for two on February 13 or 14. Last year, the restaurant had everything — the filets, starter salads and chocolate-dipped strawberries — ready to eat upon arrival, so you can start your Valentine's Day celebration as soon as you walk through the door.
Steak Frites Bistro
If you and your sweetie love a prix-fixe menu, check out the deals at Steak Frites Bistro. Last year, patrons were treated to a three course meal for two, with highlights including onion soup gratinée, poached lobster and raspberry souffle, with dark chocolate and Chambord ganache. Plus, dinner guests received a complimentary glass of champagne.
White Castle
White Castle is once again opening reservations for its in-person dining experience this coming Valentine's Day. If you're hoping to treat your sweetie to this "fine dining" experience, you'll want to act fast as reservations are limited to a time frame between 4 and 9 p.m.
