Princess Charlotte's Love for Unicorns Is So Pure

From Harper's BAZAAR

  • During a visit to Harcombe House, a charity dedicated to firefighters, Prince William revealed that his four-year-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, "loves unicorns."

  • This isn't the first time the little princess's affection for unicorns has bubbled up to the limelight; in July, Charlotte was photographed at her dad's polo match carrying an adorable unicorn purse.

Mermaids? Elves? Fairy godmothers? Forget that. Princess Charlotte has hopped on the unicorn bandwagon, and she doesn't care who knows it.

At least, that's what dad Prince William said while speaking at Harcombe House, a charity for firefighters, on Monday. Talking directly to a young girl at the event, who was clutching a small unicorn toy, William said, "My daughter loves unicorns. Loves them." The sweet moment was captured in a video posted to Twitter.

Of course, we all already knew that. During William's King Power Royal Charity Polo Day event in July, Charlotte was photographed toting a unicorn purse while posing for a picture with her family. And more recently, she attended her first day of school at Thomas's Battersea in London with her trusted unicorn key chain attached to her school bag. Suffice to say, where Charlotte goes, so does this magical creature.

You can actually buy Charlotte's go-to unicorn purse on Amazon for a whopping $8. It features shimmering pink and white sequins, silver glitter on the horn and ears, wide rainbow eyes, and a pink wristlet.

We won't judge you if you start wearing it around like Princess Charlotte.
