Royal family fanatics, if you’ve ever wanted to rest your head where Prince Harry once lived, now’s your chance because his luxurious, 20,000-square-foot Barbados vacation villa, which boasts breath-taking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and has access to a secluded, private beach, is up for sale for a staggering $40 million.
Prince Harry stayed at this 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom beachfront home in January 2010, and following the sale of his and Duchess Meghan’s home in Windsor, he’s saying goodbye to his villa in the Caribbean.

The villa has every amenity imaginable, from a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub, to gardens in both the front and rear of the house, a media room and a commercial-grade kitchen. Plus, you’ll have your own on-site security. There’s a separate guest cottage, too, where you’ll find three bedroom suites. The other seven are tucked inside the Palladian and Georgian architecturally designed main house.
According to the listing, the villa — surrounded by lush tropical gardens — is designed for outdoor living, and most rooms boast “wide verandahs opening onto the expansive patio.” Nearby, the future owner of this cliff-top home can explore the three championship golf courses, boutiques and restaurants. And did we mention you’ll have access to 19 full-time staff? The home has its own manager, butlers, chefs, maids, gardeners and the aforementioned security.
A long list of celebrity visitors have roamed the halls of this villa, too, including Elton John, Hugh Grant, Simon Cowell, Rihanna, Nicole Kidman and Rod Stewart, according to Architectural Digest.
Now, excuse us as we try to scramble up $40 million.
