Prince Harry Is Returning to England for the Holidays—Probs Without Meghan Markle
Prince Harry is set to return to England for the holidays—potentially without Meghan Markle.
Frogmore Cottage has been PREPARED!
Looks like early claims that Prince Harry is heading home to England were true. Us Weekly is out here with a new report that Harry is set to make a royal return for the holidays—though it's unclear at this point whether Meghan Markle will join him.
“Frogmore Cottage has been prepped for Harry’s holiday arrival in December,” a source tells the outlet, adding that “As of now, Meghan is not sure she will be flying over with Harry.”
While this trip will obviously be a family reunion for Harry, previous reports claim that he and the Queen are in for some ~tense talks~ about his political involvements in America—which apparently the Palace feels is a "a violation" of their agreement. (To be clear, all Harry did was simply encourage people to vote, which hardly seems like a breach of royal political neutrality? But like...k.)
Either way, a source previously told The Sun that "Staff at Windsor have been told to prepare for the possibility Harry could come back. They are told that it could be within weeks but Meghan's name was not mentioned. There are all sorts of issues to speak about—not only his political statements but also his visa situation in the U.S. Even though he would have to isolate for two weeks, the estate is large enough for talks in a socially distanced way."
Welp. Guess we'll, uh, see what happens.
