Was pregnant Kylie Jenner really spotted at CVS?
A woman who eerily resembles Kylie Jenner was spotted at CVS, sparking conspiracy theories about her identity and Kim Kardashian ’s surrogate mother.
The Jenner lookalike was photographed at the drugstore in Los Angeles Monday, holding a pink sippy cup in the diapers-and-baby formula aisle, wearing an olive-green sweatshirt, black leggings, and floral open-toe sandals.
Social media assessed the evidence.

Jenner has stayed out of the spotlight since late 2017 when pregnancy rumors started, only posting photos of herself on social media from the chest up. And she was notably absent from the Kardashian Christmas card in December, an event that fans had hoped would confirm her pregnancy, once and for all.
But the timing of the supposed sighting is curious — on Friday, rumors began swirling that Jenner was in labor and had checked herself into Cedars-Sinai hospital, where Kourtney and Kim had both given birth. However, TMZ discredited the story, writing, “Multiple sources close to Kylie and Travis Scott tell us … Kylie isn’t due this month, and she hasn’t gone into premature labor.”
And on Tuesday, Kim and Kanye West announced the birth of their daughter, born via surrogate. “7lbs 6oz,” wrote the reality star on her website. “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”
What’s more, on Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe broke the news to her family that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson. Upon breaking the news to Jenner via Facetime, the makeup mogul said, “Are you kidding because I’m going to cry. I’m so happy for you.”
The odds of Jenner speaking up about the photo are decent — in November when she was photographed boarding a private jet wearing a large sweatshirt, Jenner claimed the photo was a fake, tweeting, “First of all if you’re going to photoshop my photos blogs/paps!! Check for the crooked lines in the background.2nd photo is clearly altered.”
