Poll: Who makes the best fish dip on the Treasure Coast?
Put that on a cracker.
Fish dip, a Florida favorite, is a snack made from smoked fish typically mixed with mayonnaise, spices and citrus juice. The type of fish used varies by smokehouse or restaurant, but most include either tuna, wahoo, snapper, kingfish or mahi-mahi. Swordfish is a rare but possible find.
Several different kinds of fish dip are made on the Treasure Coast.
In honor of National Fishing Day on June 18, we want to know: Who makes your favorite fish dip?
