Sky Harbor Airport parking rates go up Feb. 25. Here's what it will cost to leave your car
Get ready to pay a little more the next time you park at the airport.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is raising parking rates at all terminal garages, economy garages and surface lots. The new rates take effect Feb. 25. It's the first increase since 2017.
According to Greg Roybal, public information officer for the airport, the increase is due to high demand for parking.
“Many airports adjust their rates more frequently,” Roybal told The Arizona Republic. “The rate increases will keep Sky Harbor rates in the middle of the top 20 airports.
"Revenue is used to maintain the airport parking program and facilities. Additional revenue is invested back into our airport and used for capital improvement projects and airport services for our customers.”
