People Are Just Discovering the Hack That Gets You a $7 Olive Garden Dinner, and Everyone Is Losing It

These days, you can’t knock anybody for trying to save a buck. With the way our economy has been trending and the cost of living continuing to rise, people are going to turn to any resources they can to help save money and and keep few extra dollars in their pockets.

Thankfully, TikToker’s are on the case and taking things into their own hands with countless different restaurant hacks that are all in the name of acquiring a cheaper meal. We’ve recently learned about the Budget Burrata Hack, which gives you delicious burrata taste on a string cheese budget. But the latest money saving hack can be found by way of curbside pickup at your local Olive Garden.

Using a little bit of insider information coupled with creative thinking, people have been discovering an easy way to get a  full course meal from the popular Italian restaurant for just $7. As posted by StudioSomer, the hack involves using the Olive Garden app to order a kids meal — which comes with a drink, two breadsticks and an entree with a side. Somer notes how the kids meal doesn't include a side salad, but everytime she orders this meal for curbside pickup, they bring her a salad with it anyway. So in her case, Somer paid $7 and was able to feast on spaghetti with Alfredo sauce and broccoli, two breadsticks, a side salad and a drink. And she did it all for under $10. That's not a bad deal if you ask us.

“Bonus: you can add a $6 take home meal to the kids meal order and then you have dinner too,” commented one experienced user. Another customer claimed that they “do this with Chilis all the time,” and continued saying, “for $7 I can get a kids meal plus a small salad and chips/salsa. It’s the best!”

With this kind of information and some outside of the box thinking, the possibilities are truly endless. If there is a silver lining to the negative impact of social media, this is it. Saving money for the win each and every time.
