Will 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 4 Be Set in L.A.?
You can't have a new season of Only Murders in the Building without a murder, and the Season 3 finale set the stage for one! The hit series, created by Steve Martin and John Hoffman, was officially renewed for a fourth season the same day the finale dropped. The Arconia's body count went up in the final moments of the episode with the shocking death of a character who's appeared on the comedic murder-mystery since Season 1. Charles (Steve Martin), Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Oliver (Martin Short) will have another murder to investigate for their podcast when Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building returns.

How did Only Murders in the Building Season 3 end?
Charles, Mabel and Oliver successfully solved the murder of Ben Glenroy in the Season 3 finale, but now it appears there is new case for them to crack. Following the opening night of Oliver's show Death Rattle Dazzle, the cast gathered at Oliver's apartment at the Arconia. Sazz showed up telling Charles that she needed to speak with him about something "a little sensitive."
While it appears it was Charles who went upstairs to his apartment to retrieve a bottle of wine, it was actually his lookalike, Sazz. Inside Charles' dark apartment, Sazz was shot in the chest with a bullet that came through the window. Was someone trying to kill Charles and mistakingly shot his stunt double instead? We'll have to wait and see what unfolds in Season 4.
Who is in the Only Murders in the Building cast?
Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez play our favorite podcast-loving sleuths. Season 3 also welcomed new faces, including Meryl Streep and Jesse Williams, though with their characters heading to the West Coast it's unclear if they would be featured in the fourth season with Charles, Oliver and Mabel staying in New York City (or if the latter three will head West as part of their investigation!).
The cast of Only Murders in the Building Season 4 includes (or may include):
Steve Martin as Charles-Haden Savage

Where will Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building be set?
While the first three seasons of the series have been set in New York City, it seems the fourth season could feature "small doses" of Los Angeles. In the Season 3 finale, Oliver encouraged his leading lady Loretta to follow her dreams, telling her that he likes L.A. "in small doses." Similarly, Mabel told Tobert that she could visit him since she also likes L.A. "in small doses."
"Los Angeles. A city so nice, they named it Los Angeles," Charles says. Oliver points out that everyone's going there, to which Charles replies, "But in the Big Apple we remain."
How to watch Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building?
Like Seasons 1, 2 and 3, the fourth season will stream on Hulu.
