A Night at the Winter Show

On January 17, the Winter Show held its annual opening night party at the Park Avenue Armory, kicking off its 65th anniversary year. The evening, a preview of a fair exhibiting fine arts and antiques, gave more than 2,100 guests-including Laurie Tisch, Leonard Lauder, Brett Gorvy, and Wendy Goodman-a chance to mix, mingle, and perhaps do a little shopping among the 70 exhibitors. And it’s all for a good cause: All net proceeds from the Winter Show, which is sponsored this year by Chubb, benefit East Side House Settlement, a South Bronx community organization.
