Neil Patrick Harris’s Super-Rare Pic With His Two Children Have Fans Wondering Where the Time Has Gone
It seems like yesterday we heard that Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka welcomed twins via surrogacy, but now they look so grown up, and we have all the feels.
On Feb 15, Harris shared a photo with the whole family of four. He shared the photo to his Instagram with the account @visitjapan.us, along with the caption: “I went to Japan. With my family. It ruled. Link for the whole run-down in my bio. #VisitJapan.”

As you can see in the photo, we see Harris, his husband Burtka, and their twin children! Harper and Gideon look so dang grown-up while on vacation with their parents. Seriously, where has the time gone?! They’re so tall and know how to rock casual looks like their dads.
And we’re not the only ones freaking out because fans are commenting things like “Wow your kiddos are getting tall,” and “The twins ??????.”

Harris and Burtka have been together since April 2004, later marrying in Sept 2014 after being engaged since 2006. In October 2010, they welcomed twins named Gideon and Harper via surrogacy.
In a previous, super-rare interview with YahooLife in 2021, Harris talked about his approach to parenting. “I kind of approach parenting as a ‘let’s see how it goes’ attitude,” he said. “I think rigidity gets us into more trouble than being flexible. We have our rules and we have our edicts and boundaries, but if you’re super hardcore about things, it turns into more conflict than is necessary.”
