The 71 Most Iconic Oscar Dresses of All Time
The 71 Most Iconic Oscar Dresses of All Time
The Oscars is one of the few events that pique the interests of both cinema-buffs and fashion enthusiasts. Stars in attendance know that there are no rules to the red carpet, except to exude high glamour through what they choose to wear. This tradition will surely continue at the 95th annual Academy Awards, and onlookers should expect dresses that range from timeless Hollywood glamour to over-the-top headline grabbers.
But before then, we've taken a look back at some of T&C's favorite Oscar dresses of all time revisiting some of the greatest fashion moments the award show has seen: Audrey Hepburn in a Givenchy dress (1952), Cher in a Bohemian golden two-piece (1973), and Meryl Streep in a gold Lanvin Dress that conveniently matched the award she won (2012).
