A luxury 150-acre Monroe estate with resort-style features and an indoor basketball court is set to go up for auction online next week.

Interluxe Auctions, an online luxury real estate auction marketplace, recently announced an exclusive opportunity to own The Monroe Estate at 3084 George Williams Rd., Monroe. The online auction is set to begin on Monday, July 1, at 9 a.m.

This estate was previously listed for $16.5 million and is now being offered in three separate actions. The main estate, built in 2018, includes an indoor racquetball/tennis court, theater room, arcade room, pool with a waterslide and two spas, a gold putting range, and two guest houses.
