Missoni Men’s Spring 2022
Missoni’s founder Ottavio “Tai” Missoni, who would have celebrated its 100th birthday this year, deeply inspired the brand’s men’s spring collection, which — after the exit of Angela Missoni as creative director — was designed by a team.
Tai Missoni’s signature passion for color, geometric motifs and knitwear, but also his athletic background — he was an Olympic hurdler — all echoed in the lineup, which offered a high-end yet quotidian wardrobe for cool contemporary men.

One of Missoni’s signatures, the cardigan, stole the spotlight in the lineup, presented in an array of variations, also featuring the brand’s signature flamed and zigzag motifs, and enriched with a dedicated “The Cardigan” tag summing up in two words the heritage of the Missoni brand.
The label’s knitwear tradition was celebrated not only through the luxurious sweaters but also by enriched cotton track suits and functional outerwear pieces peppered with knitted colorful bands and patches.
Putting the accent on the brand’s heritage, the collection included functional jackets crafted from paper-like performance fabrics, as well as hoodies splashed with a new take on the camouflage motif designed from Missoni’s famed zigzag pattern.
Responding to market demand, Missoni presented a charming collection filled with a cool attitude.
