Miley Cyrus Says "Change Is Inevitable" After Confirming Split from Husband Liam Hemsworth
Miley Cyrus just posted on social media for the first time since her rep confirmed her split from husband Liam Hemsworth yesterday.
She wrote, "change is inevitable" and talked about respecting her "process."
Just when everyone thought that they were going to have a nice weekend, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth announced that they split up after less than a year of marriage last night, sending Twitter into a meltdown and me into an emotional tailspin, cause their love looked so pure and good, right??
And even though we're all freaking out about it, Miley seems pretty calm and had even been Instagramming photos from her Italian vacation and, er, kissing Brody Jenner's ex Kaitlynn Carter. And she just posted for the first time since the breakup was confirmed, talking about respecting her "process" and accepting change. She wrote:
Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created over night, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me “ Nature never hurries but it is always on time”.... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own .... ??

Liam hasn't posted anything since their breakup was announced, but a rep for Miley said, "Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart."
