Mickey Pizzas Are The Happiest Snack On Earth

You never grow out of Disney. The theme parks aren't just for hyper little kids excited for rides. People propose and get married (!!!) there. Why? Because it's the "happiest place on earth," or at least it claims to be. We're not quite sure about that, but we will say that anything shaped like Mickey makes us inexplicably happy. Just try looking at these pizzas and not to smile. You can't!

Making the pizzas is an equally happy process that kids of all ages will enjoy. And if you're supervising the pizza party, you'll have fun too. Because it's gloriously simple. All you need to do is roll out store-bought dough (we used Pillsbury) and stamp out a bunch of rounds - some bigger circles (for the face) and twice as many slightly smaller circles (for the ears). Biscuit cutters (or small glasses) work well for this. The key is to pinch together the three pieces of dough before topping with sauce and cheese. Otherwise, the ears will separate.
As for the toppings, anything looks good on Mickey, so feel free to swap in your faves. But remember, you can never go wrong with pepperoni.
