Michael Bublé Announces First Performance Since Son Noah's Cancer Diagnosis
Michael Bublé is returning to the stage for the first time since taking a break from music to focus on his 4-year-old son, Noah, and his battle with cancer.
A post on the “Haven’t Met You Yet” singer’s official Facebook page announced he will headline the U.K.’s BST Festival next July. The post reads, “Excited to announce that Michael will be headlining London’s British Summer Time at Hyde Park BST Hyde Park on Friday 13th July. This will be Michael’s only UK show in 2018, so you won’t want to miss it.”
Bublé and his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, announced their son’s heartbreaking cancer diagnosis in November 2016. Shortly after, the singer canceled all of his public appearances and performances in order to focus on Noah and his treatment.
In February of this year, Bublé updated fans on Noah’s condition, revealing that his doctors are hopeful. Bublé and Lopilato are also parents to a 1-year-old son, Elias.
Sending well wishes to Noah and the Bublé family!
Tickets for the BST festival go on sale on November 17 at 9 a.m.
