Meghan Markle just touched down in Ireland, wearing an appropriately green Givenchy skirt and matching blouse. Clearly, the Duchess of Sussex has mastered the quick change, as just a few hours ago, we saw her up on the Buckingham Palace balcony wearing a black fit and flare dress by Dior.
She also ditched the Stephen Jones hat, and chose to keep her accessories simple for her first official foreign visit as a royal. Meghan paired the separates with a cognac-colored Strathberry Midi Tote, matching pumps, and a low bun. See the full look below:

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle traveled to Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom, back in March, but this marks their first foreign visit at the request of Her Majesty's Government, as the Republic of Ireland is a separate country.
While in Dublin, Harry and Meghan will visit a number of cultural attractions including a Gaelic sports festival and Trinity College, where they will view the Book of Kells, one of Ireland's great literary treasures. They also plan to meet with local leaders including government leaders including Michael Higgins, the President of Ireland, and Leo Varadkar, who serves as Taoiseach.
This is the second trip the royal family is making to Ireland in less than two months. Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall traveled to counties Cork and Kerry in June.
This increased focus on diplomacy in Ireland is likely due to Brexit. The United Kingdom is looking to strengthen ties with the only EU country with which it shares a border.
