The New ‘Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ Season 2 Trailer Is Here & Midge Is a Whole New Woman
It’s been a year since Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) said goodbye to decorum and hello to comedy, and now she’s ready to step it up a notch.
In the new The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season two trailer, Midge starts touring (in the Catskills!), dating (a man who takes her on a boat ride!) and ignoring her dad’s advice that everything will fall into place if she just remarries (groan!).
But she’s not the same Midge we met way back in season one when Joel was the center of her universe. As Midge tells Susie (Alex Bornstein), “I want to be big. The biggest thing out there.”
With her can-do attitude, cutting0edge humor and impeccable collection of evening dresses, we don’t see why she can’t be.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season two premieres on Amazon December 5. Joel, you’re not invited.
