Martha Stewart had a weekend full of adventure—and now, she has proven that maybe the grass is greener on the other side of the Long Island Sound.
On Monday, April 22, the lifestyle mogul and former longtime Hamptons resident shared a slew of images from her outdoorsy weekend, and fans were falling head over heels in love with the post.
"Random weekend photos from a farmette owned by a charming young couple !" she gushed in the caption of her recent upload.
The first snap captured an orange cat relaxing in a pile of leaves near a fence, presumably enjoying the warmth of the sun. The second photo showed a set of lambs happily strolling in the greens, while the third image featured their presumed mother. All three sheep were the stars of the fourth and final image, as the family of sheep gathered together to soak up the sun and munch on the grass.
The comments soon filled up with giddy replies like "Meeeeeeeeeee?? sheep" and "Gorgeous photos!"
"Farmette. I love that so much more than homestead, will be stealing," admitted influencer Ashlee McLaughlin.
"Lambs and a kitty - nothing better to make you smile. ?," another declared.
"Martha you need some lamb on the farm !!??," a fourth suggested.
Even the spot she visited in Katonah, N.Y., got in on the conversation, writing back: "We had a wonderful time having you @marthastewart48 !"
One of the farm's owners, Gregory, also shared a few pictures of the 82-year-old's recent visit, captioning it in part: "We had some very special visitors at the farmstead to meet the Babydoll flock and kittens ??."
Now that spring is fully in session, Stewart has shifted from regularly documenting her eats to more of her fun in the sun. Just last week, she showed off her sporty side in a video uploaded to the picture-sharing platform.
In the clip, set to the tune of Flo Rida's "Game Time" featuring Sage the Gemini, Stewart looked cool as could be in a light blue sweatshirt and jeans, paired with a white sunhat and yellow sandals as she effortlessly shot the ball into the hoop with just one hand–impressing all of followers.
