Mandy Moore Reveals How They Avoided Major ‘This Is Us' Spoilers
What we’ve learned from 2017: People will do seriously anything (*cough* HBO hacks *cough*) to find out major reveals of their favorite shows. NBC’s This Is Us, however, wasn’t going to let any spoilers loose without a fight, according to Mandy Moore when she discussed the second season yesterday on the Today show.
However, now that it has aired, we have spoilers ahead.
Moore revealed that the cast had to use code words like “marble” to disguise info about Jack’s impending death from any eavesdropping bystanders, even though the cast had known about the plot twist for a year and a half.
As for the set, random words were used on street signs directing the cast and crew to the charred house.
What other twists can we expect from season two? We may not know that, but you can bet we’ll keep an ear out for “marble.”
