In honor of March Madness, we're breaking out the bracket to put your food loyalty to the test. Ten years ago, we asked you who made your favorite Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich in the Lower Hudson Valley, and now we are asking you again.

We started with 12 Westchester BEnC spots, 6 from Putnam and 16 from Rockland to duke it out over who deserves to be called "The Big Cheese". We are now down to 6 in Westchester, 3 in Putnam and 8 in Rockland for Round 2!

Sure, we could have called this the "Edible 8", but that just doesn't do these Rockland County delis and restaurants justice. Like a classic New York BEnC, we're keeping things traditional with the "Elite 8" bracket.
