Do You Love to Bake and Eat Cookies? You Could Earn $5,000 for Doing Just That
It's all part of Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Connoisseur competition.
Your holiday season just got a whole lot sweeter. Reynolds Kitchen is offering one pro-baker the opportunity of a lifetime: a job developing, testing, and eating festive holiday cookies for the company's 21-Day Cookie Countdown to 2021. The producer of essential baking products like parchment paper, aluminum foil, and baking cups wants to hire an official Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Connoisseur to create five new and fabulous cookie recipes this holiday season. The recipes will be evaluated based on their creativity, originality, and uniqueness. The winner not only gets to spend their working days eating delicious cookies, but they'll also receive a $5,000 baking stipend and plenty of parchment paper, too.
"The holidays may be filled with some uncertainty this year, but baking cookies always brings joy," Lisa Smith, senior vice president of marketing for Reynolds Brands, shared in a statement. "We're looking for a fun-loving baker to help us end this challenging year on a sweet note with a creative cookie countdown."

In addition to having a love for baking and eating cookies, Reynolds Kitchen is also looking for someone who will be comfortable using wacky or unexpected ingredients in an effort to elevate your holiday cookie recipes. Think pairing the sweet and savory, such as miso and white chocolate, tahini and nuts, crispy bacon and potato chips, and so much more—the sky is the limit.
If you consider yourself the go-to cookie maker among your family, friends, and co-workers, submit your recipe, a photo of your creation, and a 250-word explanation of why you deserve the job to [email protected]. Applicants must be over 18 years old and live in the United States. Even if you don't win, the consolation prize is pretty sweet—some applicants will be randomly selected to receive a complimentary cookie kit.
Applications close on December 8, 2020, so it's time to start baking!
