Look inside some of the most expensive homes for sale in New Castle, Kent, Sussex counties
New homes enter and leave the market in Delaware every day. And even those shopping on a budget – or those simply looking for fun – can appreciate a gorgeous house, regardless of its price tag.
As of July 15, the most expensive home on the market that isn't pending sale is Candyland Farm in Middletown, according to Realtor.com. The farm, which boasts 120 acres of land, is priced at $6.2 million. While it may make more sense for someone with horses, the main residence on the grounds more than merits its spot on the list.
The other most expensive properties posted in the past month are located along the Delaware Beaches and feature easy access to the ocean.
Here is a look at some of the most expensive homes for sale in all three counties.
