New list uncovers most expensive Airbnb rentals in each state. Where is Delaware's?
Looking to unwind at a luxury Airbnb in Delaware this summer? You can relax in one Dewey Beach home for a little more than $5,000 per night, a new report found.
According to its Airbnb listing, the beachfront property features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an elevator that stops on each floor and a panoramic rooftop deck. The brand-new villa can accommodate 10 guests.
At $5,125 per night, including all fees and taxes, financial securities trading company BestBrokers found this Airbnb rental to be Delaware's priciest.
Using a seven-night stay during July 2024 — peak vacation season — as its criteria, the trading company sought to uncover the most expensive Airbnbs in each of the 50 states. Their calculations include cleaning fees, Airbnb service fees and occupancy taxes.
While $35,873 for a seven-night stay may be steep for the First State, Delaware's most expensive Airbnb rental appears to be a bargain compared to other states on BestBrokers' list.
