Lisa Rinna, 57, just showed off her toned legs in a BTS video from a photoshoot.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
She's also recently taken virtual Torch'd workout classes and eats mostly vegan.
Actress and Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, 57, just shared a leggy behind-the-scenes video on her Instagram, and it's everything. Taken during a recent Rinna Beauty photoshoot, the video shows Lisa posing with one leg up in the air on a chez lounge while rocking a black one-piece bustier and black Louboutin heels.
"HAD SO MUCH FUN Shooting the Rinna Beauty Campaign ?????? RINNABEAUTY.COM ?? @rinnabeauty," the reality TV personality captioned her post.
Her husband, Harry Hamlin, commented, "You're ??."
And she also shared the final pic from the shoot.
So, how does Lisa keep her long legs looking so strong? Well, for starters, she's always made focusing on health and fitness a big part of her lifestyle.
"For me, staying in shape has always been a part of my life, and it’s all about consistency," she told OWN. "Luckily, I was born with good genes, first and foremost, and I know that, [but] I started working out at a very young age—I played competitive tennis—and I've worked out my whole life."
But the actress's favorite way to exercise is yoga. "I have a really strong yoga practice," she told OWN. "For my body type, that really works, and then I throw in a SoulCycle class or a hike."
Lisa also told Us Weekly in 2018 that she's been practicing yoga for 26 years: "[It's] been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat sane."
Amid the COVID-19 quarantine, she's also loved taking Isaac Calpito's Torch'd virtual workout classes, described as "a vigorous flow of body resistance, dance conditioning, and intense targeted repetition to fire up and transform your body. This intense workout burns fat, shaves off inches, and will have you feeling more fit than ever before."
But besides staying active, Lisa also eats a balanced, mostly vegan diet. "I tend to call myself a dirty vegan," she told People. "I’m mostly plant-based—but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it."
And that's how you have strong, long legs for daysss.
