Lee Health: Opportunities to invest in your wellbeing
Maintaining our weight and keeping our blood pressure and cholesterol under control are important for our health. However, a healthy life extends beyond physical wellness and encompasses many aspects of wellbeing, such as purpose-driven living, stress management, sleep and mental and emotional health.
At Lee Health, our Healthy Life Center team aims to inspire, motivate and encourage wellness and wellbeing through a variety of educational programs, events and services. This year, during World Wellbeing Week (June 24-28), the Healthy Life Center team is hosting a two-day symposium with classes focused on enhancing your wellbeing. I am proud of the commitment of this dedicated team and excited to extend an invitation for these inspiring and empowering classes, which will be held at the home of the Healthy Life Center: Lee Health Coconut Point (23450 Via Coconut Point, Estero).
