Lady Gaga Ran Into Her Ex While She Was Hanging Out with Bradley Cooper
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper will perform together at the Oscars 2019.
Lady Gaga recently split from her fiancé, talent agent Christian Carino.
According to Us Weekly, Carino ran into Lady Gaga and Cooper at a pre-Oscars party on Friday night.
Earlier this week the news broke that Lady Gaga and her fiancé Christian Carino had split up. Gaga's rep confirmed the sad news to People, while a source told the publication, "It just didn’t work out. Relationships sometimes end."
People's source also revealed that the break-up happened "a bit ago," explaining that "There’s no long dramatic story." Carino and Gaga attended the SAG Awards together on January 28, but Carino was a no-show at the Grammys on February 10, and Gaga noticeably wasn't wearing her engagement ring at the event.
However, it appears that there might be a little bit of drama, after all. A source told Us Weekly this weekend that, at a pre-Oscars party, Carino had a run in with Gaga and her A Star Is Born director, Bradley Cooper.
Per Us Weekly's source, "Christian Carino walked into the party… said hi to Gaga at one point. But it was brief and then he went to another room."
Meanwhile, Gaga apparently spent most of her time at the party "in a corner together all night" with her A Star Is Born co-star Cooper. Us Weekly's source also claimed that Cooper and Gaga "looked so close, they almost seem like a couple." Cooper is, of course, in a relationship with Irina Shayk, with whom he has a daughter.
Gaga confirmed her engagement to Carino in October 2018, when she referred to him as "my fiancé" at an event. The pair had reportedly been dating since February 2017.
Gaga and Cooper will take the stage together at the Oscars, to perform a live rendition of their hit song "Shallow" for A Star Is Born.
