Kylie Jenner Wears a Nude Bodycon Dress
While Kylie Jenner was out of the public eye for a lot of 2017 (y'know, she was running a beauty empire and, you know, being pregnant on the d/l, etc., etc.), she's stepped right back into it in a MAJOR way.
Kylie attended the opening of her San Francisco Kylie Cosmetics pop-up shop last weekend looking absolutely stunning in a strapless nude bodycon dress that fit her absolutely p-e-r-f-e-c-t-l-y.

Jenner also had her hair in long, dark waves and matched her lip color with her outfit - it's her Khlo$ shade for all of you wondering:
That said, while her outfit was solid, King Kylie's punctuality was...not.
Hey @KylieJenner are you running late ?

Fans were quick to call out the mogul on social media for showing up to the event super late and then dipping after a few minutes while they'd been camped out for hours - or even days - on end. One fan told the SF Gate that he had been there for two nights beforehand, relying on Uber eats for all of his meals.
Kylie legit got there 6 hours late and was there for 10 seconds lmfao but it was a fun experience :)) pic.twitter.com/xg9Y2RHYcy

@KylieJenner how are you going to be late to your pop up, show up for 5 minutes and dip when people camped out to see you and waited all day for you

Kylie, however, blamed security issues for her tardiness on Twitter writing, "ok for the few complaints i see saying i showed up "4 hours late" to my pop up. I want to make it clear i don't get to choose what time i go." She went on to explain that her schedule was actually "up to the police" entirely:
ok for the few complaints i see saying i showed up “4 hours late” to my pop up. I want to make it clear i don’t get to choose what time i go. i would be there an hour before it opens if it were up to me. but it’s up to the police who ...

shut down the street at a certain time and let me know when they believe i should come because i feel strongly about being there to see everyone’s faces.

i came there a day early and set the store up myself so it would be PERFECT for you guys. if i didn’t love doing these pop ups and seeing you all i wouldn’t do them at all!
- Kylie Jenner (@KylieJenner) May 19, 2018
just gets to me when i see comments like i made everyone wait and i showed up hours late. when that’s just not the truth of the situation.
- Kylie Jenner (@KylieJenner) May 19, 2018
but on a positive note .. today truly was amazing!!! I love meeting you guys. We are such a strong team ♥?

And honestly, her reasoning makes a lot of sense. The entire block surrounding the store's location in San Fran was closed off by police because there were so many people, but Kylie reportedly was still able to take selfies with fans during the time she was there. All's well that ends well! Or, you know, well-ish.
