Kylie Jenner Just Posted Her Entire Diet Routine On Instagram And It Turns Out She's Celery Juicing Like The Rest Of Us
For no reason other than she just felt like it, Kylie Jenner walked her 126 million Instagram followers through her diet routine yesterday. It turns out she not only struggles to make her breakfasts interesting like the rest of us, but also that she's a dedicated celery juicer.
"I try and drink about 16 oz. in the morning and wait 30 minutes before eating," Kylie captioned a picture of her very large freshly juiced celery drink. She goes on to say:
Celery contains high amounts of vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potassium, and studies show that celery plays a role in fighting and preventing cancer and live disease, [reducing] inflammation and [boosting] cardiovascular health. Calms nerves, relieves migraines, and promotes weight loss.
She's then quick to clarify she drinks it "for the health benefits, not the weight loss, but wanted to add that in there." (Friendly reminder to consult a doctor before beginning a celery juice routine-there are far more experts who believe the trend's reported health benefits are wildly overblown than experts who believe it's a game-changer.)
After (presumably) a 30-minute wait, Kylie moves on to coffee, which she supplements with a coconut milk-based collagen creamer. The vanilla-flavored, dairy-free dietary supplement is said to be good for skin, hair, and nail strength, as well as helpful for your joints. Her preferred creamer is a Vital Proteins product, which, lucky for all of us, is an easily accessible one.
And last, but certainly not least, food! Kylie complains her "breakfasts are boring right now because [she eats] the same thing every day. 😩" That accompanied a pic of heavily seasoned eggs, smashed avocado, and well-done bacon.
Here's hoping we get a step-by-step walk-through of lunch next. Until then, I will...be eating a lot less healthy than this.
